Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DevXStream ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DevXStream provides a deterministic backend infrastructure generation platform that produces structured source code based on user-provided schemas and configuration inputs.

The Service may include:

• Web-based generation tools
• CLI tools
• AI-assisted suggestions
• Subscription and credit-based usage
• Enterprise advisory services

DevXStream does not guarantee regulatory compliance of generated output.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, users must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of credentials
• Notify DevXStream of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

Access to certain features requires an active subscription.

Subscriptions:

• Renew automatically unless canceled
• May be upgraded or downgraded
• Are billed according to selected plan

4.2 Credits

DevXStream operates on a credit-based generation model.

Credits:

• May be included in subscriptions
• May be purchased separately
• Can be allocated across projects
• May roll over as defined in plan details

Unused credits may expire based on plan terms.

4.3 Payment

Payments are processed through authorized third-party providers.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the Service
• Circumvent architectural enforcement mechanisms
• Use the Service for unlawful activities
• Interfere with platform integrity
• Attempt to access restricted systems

DevXStream reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations.

6. Generated Code Ownership

Subject to payment of applicable fees:

• Users retain ownership of code generated for their projects.
• DevXStream retains ownership of platform templates, engine logic, and proprietary systems.
• Generated output may include open-source components governed by their respective licenses.

7. AI Assistance

AI features provide suggestions only.

DevXStream:

• Does not guarantee accuracy of AI suggestions
• Enforces validation and architectural constraints before generation
• Does not assume liability for user-accepted AI output

Users are responsible for reviewing generated code.

8. Security & Data Handling

DevXStream implements structured architectural safeguards.

However:

• Users remain responsible for deployment security
• DevXStream does not guarantee regulatory compliance
• Sensitive credentials must not be hard-coded into inputs
• Security vulnerabilities should be reported to security@devxstream.com

9. Service Availability

DevXStream may:

• Modify or update the Service
• Suspend services for maintenance
• Introduce new features or pricing models

No uptime guarantee is provided unless under Enterprise SLA agreement.

10. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise customers may be subject to separate written agreements.

In case of conflict, the enterprise agreement prevails.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

DevXStream shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid within the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify DevXStream against claims arising from:

• Misuse of generated code
• Violation of these Terms
• Unlawful activity conducted using the Service

13. Termination

DevXStream may suspend or terminate access:

• For violation of Terms
• For non-payment
• At its discretion with notice

Upon termination:

• Access to the Service may be revoked
• Generated code remains owned by user

14. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, templates, generation logic, branding, and proprietary systems remain the property of DevXStream.

Users may not replicate the generation engine or template system.

15. Modifications to Terms

DevXStream may update these Terms periodically.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:

Delaware, United States

Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction within that region.
